THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A MUSIC LICENSE. The information below will be provided to the video production company for their use in obtaining synchronization and mass production rights in conjunction with the Championship video. Helpful information for identifying the copyright holder(s) and publishers may be obtained through ASCAP and BMI. It is strongly recommended that you check the WGI website to ensure your selection(s) do not appear on the Restricted Song list. Be aware that the decision to grant or deny permission to allow video reproduction of a particular piece of music rests solely with the copyright holders. Please check the WGI Restricted Song List for music titles to which licensing has been previously denied. Please list the title, artist, publisher, copyright holder, and record label for each music selection or movie soundtrack used in your performance. If multiple selections are used, please provide the information for each selection. Performances to which music licenses are denied by the copyright holder will appear on the Championship video without audio.
